The chef uses Wanoya Pork, raised at a pig farm in Ibaraki Town, and ingredients he personally selected at the Mito Public Market. The restaurant offers a total of nine dishes (a Chinese assortment of four kinds of mountain and sea appetizers, stir-fried salmon and scallops with king oyster mushrooms and ginkgo nuts, deep-fried crab shells, shrimp in chili sauce, soup, and shiratama almond tofu, etc.) ◎
